R22 refrigerating plant for trolley freezing tunnels, with Copeland open compressors connected in air-cooled boosters capable of reaching -45°C at the end of the cycle. This type of machine has been replicated for several units, some of which are currently in operation after more 25 years.
Refrigerated container for expedition to Antarctica organized by ENEA equipped with a cold room at -30°C (with single-stage plant with air condensed R502) containing inside a small cold room at -80°C (with cascade plant with R13 and air condensed R502) using Dorin semi-hermetic compressors.
Small chiller with R22 for air conditioning, with hydronic group mounted on board, with primary pump and user pump (our AWP series still in production), the only example present at Expocomfort of the year 1992.
Development of a reversible cycle heat pump for the recovery of thermal or refrigeration energy from the expulsion air with hermetic compressors and 3 steps of cooling capacity: NEWAIR, first machine of this type at Expocomfort 1994.
First ammonia chiller completely built on skid.
R22 Autopurger, for the automatic exhaust of incondensable from large Ammonia plants with a size much higher than those on the market..
Production of the first screw unit, based on GRAM drawings.
250 kW Ammonia chiller with Bitzer screw compressor and reduced charge of refrigerant (about 35 kg), single example at the 1996 Expocomfort exhibition and at the MACFRUT exhibition of 1996 year.
Mixture water + glycol plant (with reduced-load ammonia chiller) for 5 cold rooms cooling for fruit and vegetable warehouse in Vignola (MO).
Construction of screw units on GENCOLD design with AERZENER, KHULAUTOMAT and HOWDEN compressors with development of 3-stage vertical oil separator, particularly efficient, silent, and equipped with innovative features.
Skid for Ammonia direct cooling of drinks (for countries where this system is allowed: Central and South America and South East Asia).
Realization of the first plant to operate in Italy with carbon dioxide with 1.200 kW at -40°C with an ammonia-CO2 cascade system at the service of 8 freezing tunnels.
Plant for low temperature ammonia cold rooms with very high efficiency and reliability, in booster cycle with reduced speed alternative machines, completely pre-assembled on 4 skids.
Study and construction of a ground freezing system for the consolidation of a tunnel for the Rome underground. No. 4 units for cooling the calcium chloride brine, placed inside the tunnel more than 1 km from the entrance, with semi-hermetic screw compressors, accumulation unit, circulation and pumping of the brine inside the geothermal probes of different lengths specially designed to penetrate the ground at different levels.
Realization of 2 equal skids in cascade with R507 (high pressure cycle) and CO2 (low pressure cycle), with air condensation for R507, of cooling capacity more than 150 kW at -40°C; at the service of spiral freezing tunnel with forced circulation of CO2 (by pump).
Installation of a 1.300 kW lithium bromide absorber that using water at + 90°C produced by a cogeneration plant, increased the performance and efficiency of several pre-existing screw units operating at -40°C for freezing tunnel service.
Ammonia heat pump to produce water at +50°C with very high efficiency because it was installed as the 2nd stage of an ammonia chiller serving a sausage factory.
